Easy Eats: Tilapia and Roasted Scallions

No time to mince garlic or do anything fancy here ...


Grease baking pan with a little olive oil.  Roll the scallions in the oil and season lightly with salt and pepper.  Add tilapia fillets.  Top with salt, pepper, olive oil and minced scallions.  Bake at 375 degrees F for about 15 minutes.  Serve with a side of steamed veggies.  Top everything with some lemon juice.
