LolaCooks is my place to share everyday recipes with an Albanian flare. I don't have a lot of time to cook but I cook dinner almost every day. That means most of the recipes here are quick and use ingredients that you probably already have.

If the recipes here aren't too precise, it's because I normally cook without recipes. I do my best to give accurate measurements... but go with your gut.
